Cancellation and refund policy
We understand plans change—our policy balances flexibility with program sustainability. Subscriptions are debited weekly via [payment method, e.g., Stripe], with no upfront payment required. All requests must be in writing (email info@coolabahcollective.com.au). Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, minus a $5 processing fee (or your payment gateway's fee, if higher).
Subscriptions (9-Week Blocks, Debited Weekly):
7+ Days Notice: Cancel anytime with full refund for un-billed weeks (e.g., if cancelled mid-term, no charge for future weeks; refund any over-debit).
1-6 Days Notice: 50% refund for the next un-billed week only (e.g., $17.50/session for standard rate). No refund for the current week.
Less Than 1 Day Notice: No refund for the current or next week; cancellation effective after.
Auto-Renewals: Subscriptions do not automatically renew each term. They are cancelled after your last day during the term.
Casual Visits:
48+ Hours Before Session: Full refund ($38, minus processing fee).
24-47 Hours Before Session: 50% refund ($20, minus fee).
Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: No refund (to cover reserved spots and prep).
If We Cancel: Full refund for affected sessions (e.g., due to low enrollment). We'll notify you at least 48 hours in advance, where possible.
Other Notes: No refunds for missed sessions due to illness. Weather—rescheduling offered if space allows. Transfers to future sessions may be available at our discretion.
